Fundamentals: This class focuses on the fundamental techniques, movements, and positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It gives you a solid foundation to start your BJJ journey. Geared towards beginners and anyone who wants to work on the basics. If you have no previous training experience, this is the best place to start.

Advanced: This class will be faster-paced with more difficult techniques. Roll with higher level training partners and get exposed to some of the more advanced positions. Not recommended for your first few training sessions.

No Gi Jiu Jitsu (Morning Sessions): These classes are a mixed-pace and are fine to attend for your first session as well. Techniques will be taught, followed by open rolling.

Drilling + Rounds: This class is for drilling standing and ground techniques that you are working on or that were covered during that week. Drills will be led by the instructor, followed by open rolling rounds. No techniques are taught during this class.

Competition Class: This class uses the rule sets of upcoming competitions (e.g. International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, submission-only events, etc.). As different competitions come up we will switch between GI and NO GI. If you are unsure of what competitions are coming up, bring both. No techniques are taught during this class.
